I never leave reviews. This place was terrible. The employees were rude, confusing, and very slow. They brought the food out 45 minutes later and it was cold. They forgot items and took 15 minutes ti bring those out after, and they were cold. The employee in the back with curly hair was rubbing his hair with his gloves, touching all over his hat, and then handling food directly without changing his gloves. They kept confusing peoples orders, causing the general atmosphere of the dining area to be negative with a lot of upset customers. Will never ever dine here again.

The food was delicious and definitely well made, but I especially want to highlight the service provided by Cooper. He was a superstar and incredibly helpful. Cooper was knowledgeable, attentive, and simply took care of business while taking great care of my family, who were visiting for the first time. After getting his name, I was even reminded of the famous Cooperstown because of his standout performance. Please ensure that this feedback is shared with the management team and with Cooper himself. Chicken fingers were delicious. Nice hot lunch. And the Banana pudding shake - OMGOODNESS! Amazing! They did not skip on the banana syrup in the mix! Delicious to the end. So many times they use such a small amount that it just becomes a vanilla shake halfway thru! This shake was perfect!

Pretty sure this has to be the worst Whataburger I've stopped at. No parking, very tiny and so so so dirty. We tried to go in before having to use the drive thru. I was actually nervous about feeding the kids this because of how filthy the place was.

Whataburger is a dependable stop when you want a classic, filling burger and you don’t feel like overthinking it. The burger was made fresh, the patty had good flavor, and the toppings were generous without being messy. Fries were hot and salty, and the portion size felt worth the price. Service was friendly and moved at a decent pace even with a steady crowd. It’s not gourmet, but it consistently hits the spot for a quick, satisfying meal—especially when you’re on the road.
